I had the best experience with Julia. She works in the front reception area. I worked with her over the phone to get my medical recorded. It was a big ask & she was so patient & easy to work with! I appreciate her so much!
An outstandiing Doctor and a great human being. Feel blessed that he is my Doctor.
Not so good. Dr. Clark is good. All the support people, not so good. I received a telephone call concerning medicine for my "upcoming procedure." I don't have a procedure scheduled. Doesn't make sense. Someone from Dr. Clark's office was supposed to call me to schedule the procedure. Hasn't happened. Is there a reason the lady who called me about the prescription was calling from Texas when I live in Oklahoma? Why can't they call it in to my pharmacy where Iive? The man who answers the phone when I call Dr. Clark's office is very good. Very helpful!
Great visit and service. They really listened to my needs and gave suggestions that have helped.
Professional and informative. Good post-procedure appointment. Thanx
